Mobilizing for Missions
The Waccamaw Baptist Association is committed to mobilizing churches to serve on mission in their communities, across the nation, and around the world. We believe that every church has a vital role in sharing the love of Christ through acts of service, evangelism, and discipleship. By equipping congregations with resources, training, and opportunities, we aim to empower them to make a meaningful impact—whether by meeting the needs of their local neighbors, engaging in domestic mission projects, or participating in global outreach initiatives. Together, we can extend the Kingdom of God and transform lives through faithful obedience to the Great Commission.
In 2025 we will be offering short-term mission opportunities to Canada, Thailand, Tokyo, and New York City. In addition, we could assist in vision trips to New York City, West Virginia, Baltimore, and Send Relief Centers. Below you’ll see some information on short-term mission trips we are leading and local mission partners. Click on those links directly or feel free to reach out to our office to learn more about them.
The WBA is available to come alongside your church to help you identify your next step for missions.
