Salem Baptist Church Youth Pastor Salem Baptist Church is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor to lead our established youth group. This role can be full-time, part-time, or interim, with flexible hours to accommodate the right candidate. Housing is available if needed. Responsibilities are to collaborate with the Lead Pastor to develop and grow the youth program, plan, schedule, and lead engaging youth events and activities. Foster meaningful relationships with youth and their families. Organize weekly youth meetings that encourage spiritual growth and fellowship. Assist in planning the annual summer youth camp and other summer activities. Mentor and disciple youth with a heart for reaching them for Christ. Qualifications - A strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. A passion for youth ministry and a calling to serve in this capacity. Previous experience in youth ministry (preferred but not required). Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
