The Waccamaw Baptist Association is dedicated to uplifting and encouraging our pastors as they faithfully lead their churches and serve their communities. We understand the weight of shepherding God’s people, and we strive to provide a network of support that reminds every pastor that they are seen, valued, and appreciated. Through prayer partnerships, personal encouragement, and opportunities for meaningful connection, we aim to create a culture where pastors feel strengthened and affirmed in their calling.
In addition to spiritual and relational support, the WBA invests in the ongoing growth of our pastors by offering training opportunities, ministry resources, and collaborative spaces where leaders can share ideas, learn from one another, and find renewal. Whether through a conversation over coffee, a leadership workshop, or a moment of prayer during a difficult season, our heart is to walk with pastors in every chapter of ministry. We believe that when pastors are encouraged and equipped, churches and communities flourish.
